This is considered a collateral assignment.
We will assist you in getting the proper forms filled out.
When you have signed the forms we will make sure they get to the right department at the insurance company. Once processed, it is mailed to the bank for their records.
When you have paid your loan and no longer need the collateral assignment, there will be a form to complete to release the assignment on your policy.
