Here’s the bottom line.
When I’m out of integrity with my core values, my self-worth lowers.
Self-worth comes from being in integrity with my core values.
This is a deeply fulfilling life for me to live.
Do I mess up?
Make mistakes?
Yes.
However now, I don’t shame or guilt myself. I extract the lesson, apply it and share it with others to benefit from.
